Privacy Notice
Who we are
Duveon LLC is the controller responsible for the personal data described here. We are a Wyoming limited liability company at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor Suite 3231, New York, NY 10013, United States. You can reach us at hello@duveon.com.
What we collect, and why
Emails you send us. If you write to hello@duveon.com we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to take the steps you ask for before any contract. Our legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page loads: IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time. We use it only to keep the site available and secure, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
We run no analytics, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Providing your data is not a statutory or contractual requirement — but without an email address we cannot reply.
Who receives it
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States)
- Forward Email — email routing for duveon.com (United States)
We also share data with professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the EEA
We are established in the United States, so your data is transferred there. We rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Emails: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep ordinary business records. Server logs: short-lived, under our host’s retention settings.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to our use of it, or receive it in a portable form, and you may withdraw any consent you gave. Write to hello@duveon.com.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, your place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and makes no requests to third-party servers. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not asked.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
